An evening exploring the neuroscience and practice of empathy with the author Aimee Cliff

Reading minds isn't about psychic powers - its about empathy, science and learning how humans really connect.

For the next edition of How To…, we’re joined by psychotherapist and author Aimee Cliff, whose new book How to Read Minds; The Science and Art of Empathy reframes how we think about empathy, autism and emotional intelligence.

Drawing on neuroscience, clinical experience and interviews with neurodivergent people, Aimee explores how empathy works in the brain and body, and introduces five practical pillars anyone can practise.

This is an evening about understanding others more deeply — at work, at home and everywhere in between — and why empathy is less a trait than a skill we can all develop.

Aimee will be in conversation with self-love and confidence coach, Claira Hermet.

Ticket price includes a welcome drink.
