HOMECOMING.
Pausing is a doorway. When we slow down and rest in the pause, we enter a moment that reveals parts of ourselves, ways of being, and subtle layers of life that often go unnoticed.
It is a homecoming.
Held just after the threshold of the New Year, this retreat is an invitation to begin 2026 with presence and clarity—to set the tone for what’s to come.
Together, we’ll stretch time open to breathe, move, laugh, release, and simply be. You’ll be supported by practices of Yoga (Hatha, Yin, and Restorative), Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Explorations, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and nourished with vegan and vegetarian meals, as well as access to a heated pool and sauna.
A time to pause, listen, and return to yourself—aligning with the quiet rhythm of a new beginning
