Homebuyers Education Class 2026 (ENGLISH)
The homebuyers Education class is an 8 hour HUD-certified course recommended for all clients interested in becoming homeowners. Upon completion of the class, participants receive a Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months, a requirement for certain down payment assistance programs and mortgage lenders.

The class instructor will assist clients in navigating the technical aspects of the home buying process, such as preparing to qualify for a mortgage loan, finding suitable financing, assembling their home buying team, reviewing essential closing documents, and, if applicable, applying for down payment assistance programs.

Please note: This class is exclusively for first time homebuyers, not for realtors or industry professionals.
The full-day class runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Participants must attend the entire 8-hour session in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Participants will receive their certificate upon completing the Homebuyer Education Class, after finishing the course in its entirety.
