
Join me on this yoga practise where I guide you from movement to breath and relaxation. We will be doing beginner hatha yoga combined with breathwork (Pranayama) and guided meditation (Dhyana). This is a beginner friendly practise but suitable for all levels. We do holistic yoga, keeping prana(energy) flow in mind. This class goes beyond physical postures, more importantly, connecting the mind and body. We perform mindful movement, holding and feeling the postures and learn new techniques for daily calm. Bring your mat, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to move with intention. :)
Meet your guide, Shivani.
Warm greetings! I am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (200HRS) trained in India. For me, yoga is a space of peace and rejuvenation, and my mission is to share those benefits with others. I love yoga through these four paths: Mantra Chanting, Pranayama (Breath work), Asanas(Postures) and Dhyana(Meditation). I primarily teach Hatha Yoga that includes postures and breathwork. My journey of training and teaching yoga has been incredible, and I am looking forward to building a like-minded community here in Norwich. Alongside yoga, I also teach Bollywood dance—proving that movement in all its forms is fun.
