This restorative yoga class is designed specifically for therapists who spend their days holding emotional space for others.

This restorative yoga class is designed specifically for therapists who spend their days holding emotional space for others and need intentional time to return to themselves. Through gentle, supported postures, guided breathwork, and brief moments of reflection, participants will be invited to downshift their nervous systems, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a sense of grounding and ease.

The practice emphasizes practical regulation tools that can be used between client sessions or at the end of a demanding day. Attention is given to recognizing signs of emotional and physical overload, creating boundaries between sessions, and cultivating a felt sense of safety and restoration. No prior yoga experience is required; all postures are accessible and adaptable.

This class offers therapists a quiet, supportive container to rest, restore, and practice holding the same care for themselves that they offer to others.
