• Fire and life safety plan approved by city authorities
• Occupant load: 98 maximum
• Emergency lighting, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and exit signage in place
• Building operates under local AHJ approval, with ongoing updates for future expansions
• Sprinklers not required under grandfathered code and approved life safety conditions

• Friday & Saturday: 5 PM – 2 AM
