Dance the night away with our disco themed night. DJ G Baby will be spinning every other Wednesday from 7pm to 11pm. We'll have a featured 70's or 80's inspired cocktail, alongside with our full cocktail menu and our kitchen open! What is Hello Hello?

Welcome to Hello Hello, a hi-dive bar and all-day café in Chelsea where refined cocktails meet the laid-back vibe of a classic dive. Rooted in New York’s inclusive spirit, we’re your neighborhood spot for great drinks, old school hospitality, and just the right dose of shenanigans.

By day, we’re serving coffee, pastries, light bites, and cocktails from morning to last call. Come work, linger, or procrastinate with a friend over an impromptu espresso martini.

Led by industry veteran Luis Hernandez, our bar program reimagines classics with culinary flair—think pickle boilermakers, caviar-topped espresso martinis, and our signature viral hot dogs.

We’re also one of the few New York bars connected to a working distillery—and if you behave, we might even give you a tour.

Whether it’s the first hello of the morning with your coffee, or the last hello of the evening with your favorite cocktail, there’s always a seat waiting for you.

Are there drink specials? Yes! We'll be featuring a fun disco inspired cocktail every Disco Night.

Will there be food available? Yes! We have a myriad of fun bar snacks and bites, including wings, hot dogs, dips, etc.

Is there a cover? No cover! But we do have an incredible selection of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages!

Do I need to bring my ID? We are a 21+ venue, and require all patrons to have a physical ID.

Do you accept photos of IDs? We can only accept physical copies ID at the door. No photos of IDs or photos of photos.
