By attending a hedgelaying course organised by CPRE Herefordshire, and run by expert Richard Clarke from Really Rural, you'll gain hands-on experience in this traditional country craft, learning how to manage and rejuvenate overgrown hedgerows. Through Richard's expert guidance, you'll acquire the skills to improve hedge structure, promote new growth, and enhance the habitat for wildlife.
Whether you're looking to protect crops, support biodiversity, or preserve rural heritage, this course offers valuable knowledge and practical techniques you can apply in your own landscape.

Please note, being an outdoor activity, we continue in all weather - even if it is raining (if it is safe to do so). Sometimes things are out of our control, and we may have to cancel with very short notice e.g. in the case of high winds, heavy rain or snow, thunder and lightning. If this happens we will offer an alternative date.
