Heart to Heart: Parent Baby Playdate

Heart to Heart: A Cozy Parent & Baby Wellness Playdate is a heart themed support group event. A gathering space for parents, caregivers, and babies (ages 0–3), centered on connection, movement, creativity, and adult heart health awareness.

This is a relaxed, baby led environment that offers a welcoming space to move your body, make something meaningful with your baby, and learn simple ways to care for your heart.

💗 What to Expect:
• Heart Themed Arts & Crafts
A hands-on activity for parents and babies to create together and take home.

• Baby & Parent Disco Dance Floor 🪩
Groovy music and joyful movement time to encourage cardio, bonding, and fun!

• Heart Health Awareness Station
Learn how to do self-administered blood pressure checks and build everyday heart health awareness for parents and caregivers. Because caring for babies starts with caring for ourselves!

• Support Group Setting
A cozy, judgment-free space to connect with other parents while babies play and explore.

💞 Who Should Attend:
• Parents & caregivers of babies and toddlers (ages 0–3)
• Pregnant people are welcome!
• No fitness experience needed & come as you are, no dressy clothes required, casual space.

We will have plenty of snacks, drinks and good vibes!

Free to attend. Registration Required to participate in the arts & crafts portion.

This event is in collaboration with Neighborhood House Association and led by Global Communities, Global Babies Club a weekly parent support group.
