Heart and Art Brunch

Heart & Art Brunch is a creativity-meets-mental-health gathering curated by Hebrews Café for artists, thinkers, and feelers living in the in-between.

On Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM, we’ll gather around the table for a slow, intentional brunch designed to make space for reflection, expression, and connection. This is not a performance and not a workshop where you have to get it “right.” It’s a communal pause. A creative exhale.

Guided prompts, open-ended art practices, and gentle conversation will invite you to explore the theme Curious Creative—the questions you’re holding, the ideas you’re circling, and the parts of you asking for more room. Whether you write, paint, think in images, or simply listen deeply, there is space for you here.

Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere with good food, thoughtful facilitation, and room to create at your own pace. Come as you are. Participate as much or as little as you’d like. Leave with something tangible and something lighter.
