Nicole Glisson is a positive psychology practitioner, coach, and educator who leads workplace wellbeing initiatives as Head of Training and Programme Development at Healio. She designs and delivers evidence-based solutions that enhance resilience, emotional health, and performance across corporate and educational settings.
Nicole is also a certified SPARK Resilience trainer, yoga teacher, and meditation facilitator. Her work blends research with real-world practice to foster clarity, connection, and meaningful change in individuals and organisations.
Nicole also serves as Head of Positive Psychology and Director of Academic Affairs at The School of Positive Psychology.
