Healing through Art & Story-telling: A Hands-on Workshop

Join us for a Monthly Workshop centered on artistic expression; no experience required!

We meet on the last Tuesday of the month. Each month, a new Eventbrite will be announced. Please follow me and stay on our contact list.

During this Workshop, you will have the opportunity to create a physical piece of art using your own interpretation of the month’s topic. From there, if you feel called to, we invite you to share about what you’ve created and participate in story-telling related to the month’s topic.

What to expect:

· Free unlimited coffee and herbal tea

· A monthly theme or topic to give you inspiration to draw from

· Time, space and supplies to create

· An opportunity for individual sharing

The use of our community art supplies is included with registration fee, but you can always bring your own supplies for personal use only. We don’t mind😉

We use Mixed Media, which means:

· We recycle old magazines.

· We use thrifted materials such as beads, yarn, fabric, charms, broken jewelry, wooden boxes, frames, etc.

· We collect pieces of nature from fallen trees, cut plants from trimmings, dried flower petals from our yards, etc.

· We provide glue sticks, colored pencils, crayons, and paper.

· When possible, we work to provide alternative art forms such as clay, paint, terra cotta plant pots, bouquet making, etc.

· We accept art supply donations to be used in community.

*Art supply donations are welcome but are subject to storage restrictions.
