Join us for an uplifting handstand workshop designed to help women build stronger, longer freestanding holds through targeted strength work, balance drills, and technique refinement. This session is all about feeling powerful in your body, developing control upside down, and taking your practice to the next level in a supportive environment.

This workshop is perfect for women who can already kick up and are ready to move beyond relying on the wall. We’ll focus on alignment, body awareness, and the small adjustments that make handstands feel steadier, lighter, and more sustainable so you can start holding longer with confidence.

Beginners are absolutely welcome and will be guided with approachable progressions, wall options, and individualised coaching. Intermediate students will especially benefit from longer-hold training, endurance-building drills, and deeper technique work that translates directly into stronger freestanding control.

Expect an encouraging, empowering space where you can challenge yourself, ask questions, and celebrate progress alongside other women. You’ll leave with practical drills, new strength, and a renewed sense of what your body is capable of.

To continue your progress after the workshop, you’ll also have the opportunity to join a 4-week online coaching program. You’ll work one-to-one with a coach to embed what you’ve learned, stay accountable, and keep building confidence and control in your freestanding practice.
