All too often in our daily lives our mind can feel crowded, turbulent and immensely limited. This sense of a limited mind then goes on to impact our outlook, our decisions, and the overall quality of our life. But the reality is that the scope of our awareness has no limits whatsoever!
Take a Sunday morning out of your busy schedule to join us for this brief, half-day retreat, offering you the opportunity to step back from the busyness and stresses of daily life and experience the sheer vastness and utter flexibility of your own mind through meditation. During this retreat, experienced Buddhist Teacher LeeWay will give clear guidance as to what our mind is, how it works, and how to meditate on the nature of our own mind — "clarity.”
