Join us for a fun, one-night-only dinner as Chef John DaSilva of Chickadee (Boston) takes over the kitchen at Chang Thai! Chef John is a James Beard Foundation Best Chef nominee, Eater Boston Chef of the Year, and a StarChefs Rising Star, known for his soulful, ingredient-driven cooking.

Chef John will be serving a special multi-course menu created just for the night, featuring bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful technique—all meant to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace with great company.

We’re also excited to welcome Special Guest Bartender Chris Sourgiadakis of Sour Taverna, who’ll be crafting cocktail pairings to match each course.

Live background music by local band The Paper Bag Boys, featuring Tyler Alberini and Jefferson Badurina, will set the vibe for a warm, laid-back evening where food, drinks, and good stories come together.
