This mat-based event introduces you to the art of Gua Sha with the brand-new Yogastra Jewel. You’ll be guided through a complete ritual designed to:

• Support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness
• Sculpt and define your natural contours
• Release deep tension and soothe facial fascia
• Boost circulation by up to 400%, as shown in recent studies

You’ll also learn how to adapt Gua Sha for energising morning lifts or calming evening releases, so you can continue the practice at home with confidence.
