Total-body workouts for ages 12+. Strength, cardio, and movement to help you feel stronger and healthier every week at 29th Street CC.

This weekly group fitness class brings ages 12+ together for fun, challenging workouts that build strength, stamina, and confidence. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, guided stretching, light-to-moderate cardio, and bodyweight strength training. We’ll mix in plyometrics, circuit-style exercises, and different training variations to keep things fresh and accessible for every fitness level. No equipment or experience required, just show up ready to move!
Bonus: we’ll occasionally feature guest instructors to bring new energy and approaches to the room.
