Start the year off with a peaceful, slow-paced hike designed to help you move with intention and ease.
This will be a 4-mile loop, taking approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. Beginners are welcome. The trail is easy to moderate, with plenty of time to move comfortably and enjoy the experience.
We’ll pause briefly along the way to share and reflect on goals for 2025—participation is completely optional.
Please remember to bring:
• Water
• A light snack
• A small first-aid kit
• Any personal medical supplies you may need
