Calender...

It’s well known that being outdoors benefits mental health. Join a Green Walk to connect with nature, boost well-being, and build community.

Dogs and Children welcome (and encouraged!). Green Walks focuses on getting people into nature and talking, not on covering loads of miles. We go at a steady pace, stopping regularly.

🥾Meeting Point: GL22JE (look for the tall white logo flag)
🅿️Parking: Please park for free down Hixon Walk.
🚍 Nearest bus stop: Saint Mayan Street (10 minute walk from meeting point).

🚽 Facilities: There will be a stop halfway at The Roastery where you can use the toilet and grab a hot drink if you wish!

Tom will send an info email friday afternoon with a weather forecast and list of what to bring.

Green Walks

It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health. Green Walks is a fully funded project designed to help you reconnect with nature, boost your well-being, and build meaningful connections with others in your local area.
