
Gong Relaxation Sound Bath in Thorner
Come and join me for a relaxing, sound meditation experience at Thorner Victory Hall.
I use gongs, drums, bowls & percussion intruments in my sessions which generate sounds that can induce deep relaxation, potentially leading to a meditative state. All you have to do, is lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations work their magic.

Please bring anything that will make you comfortable. You can get quite cold during sound baths, so please wear something warm & bring a blanket to snuggle into. I will provide yoga mats, but please feel free to bring your own & a cushion for your head.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, we will be starting at 7pm & unfortunately cannot accept latecomers. The session will last 1 hour.
Sound baths are not usually recommended if you're in the first three months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, have recently had surgery or if you suffer from seizures. Please contact me for more information.
