The First Global Assamese Conference 2026, organised by expatriates in collaboration with IIT Guwahati, celebrates Assam’s rich heritage, intellectual achievements, and future aspirations. The event will feature lectures, panel discussions, and interactive sessions led by distinguished scholars and professionals.

Parallel sessions will connect local participants with global experts, fostering collaboration, dialogue, and cultural exchange. Academic contributions from students, researchers, and faculty are invited in the form of short talks and poster presentations across diverse disciplines—from humanities and science to entrepreneurship.

Pre-registration and payment of the fee below (if not in the exempted category) are required to attend the conference.

Registration Fees:
Exempted Category: Attendees not presenting papers or posters, but nominated by their respective institutions, may participate free of charge. However, prior registration is mandatory.
PhD Students / Project Fellows: ₹2,000 (750/Day)
Scientists / Faculty / NGO Officials: ₹3,000 (1000/Day)
