Join GET Phoenix for a special GET to Give & Learn evening in honor of Black History Month—a night of community, connection, and impact.
We’re bringing members and friends together to support a local cultural institution while learning more about the rich history and contributions of Black communities in Arizona. This is a feel-good, do-good event with purpose behind every ticket.
The George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a National Historic Landmark. Originally founded in 1926 as the Phoenix Union Colored High School, “The Carver” is dedicated to preserving, studying, and sharing the history and culture of African Americans in Arizona and the American West.
Today, the museum brings history, art, artists, and community together to support creativity, education, and socioeconomic advancement—honoring and celebrating Arizona’s African American heritage through exhibitions, programs, and community engagement.
