The Gentle Stretch Workshop offers a safe, low-impact way to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. Participants will be guided through simple stretching movements designed to reduce stiffness, ease stress, and promote relaxation. This workshop is especially beneficial for elders, individuals living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, or anyone seeking a gentle approach to fitness. No prior experience is required, and all movements can be adapted to meet different comfort levels.
