In part one we tuned into the body, in part two we’ll practice the tools to experience calm in a chaotic world. Part two moves from Awareness to Resilience. No worries if you missed part one, we’ll review the necessary steps to prepare for resilience building.
If you're feeling the rush of life or the need to go-go all the time, this workshop is for you! During this hour we will choose to intentionally slow down and practice some holistic tools that give our bodies a sense of calm safety. We choose to be proactive instead of reactive in our health and wellness.
At minimum you'll take away new calming practices and your very own personal calm-toolkit to feel more resilient through stress. However, your biggest takeaway most likely will be the moments of honoring yourself during this sacred hour.
