Connect with other young adults (aged 18–40) in the West over conversations on dating, relationships and marriage!

💭💗 When you think of being in a relationship, how do you feel? Excited? Hopeful? Unsure? Lowkey terrified? What does it take to build a strong, lasting relationship? Beyond chemistry — what makes love sustainable? 🔍

Wherever you are in your relationship journey — intentionally dating, in a relationship, engaged, or newly married — this space is for you.

Through guided small-group discussions and a short fireside chat, we’ll explore some of these topics: ✨

💬 Your hopes, fears, and expectations around long-term relationships and marriage
💬 What emotional readiness and compatibility really look like
💬 What are, when, and how to have "the big conversations" (values, future goals, deal-breakers)
💬 What does a "healthy relationship" actually looks like?
💬 How to prepare for (or have) a healthy relationship while maintaining your individual identity
💬 What holds us back from commitment and how to best navigate the transition from dating to married life

Who this is for:

• Singles who are intentionally dating and open to long-term commitment
• Early-stage dating couples
• Couples discussing marriage
• Engaged couples and newlyweds adjusing to early marriage
Note: You do not need to attend with your partner. This session focuses on individual reflection and growth within relationships.

What to expect:

✨ Facilitated small-group conversations with peers in similar life stages
✨ A fireside chat with a marriage preparation trainer sharing practical insights
✨ The opportunity to ask your burning questions about relationships and marriage ✨ Free dinner
✨ A warm, supportive space to meet new people and gain fresh perspectives

Why ‘Friendzone’?

It’s simple: we dream of a world where everyone is connected across the various different ‘zones’ of their life -- from life stage, to industry, neighbourhood and interests! We believe that community is something we can create together, and thus host opportunities to give young adults the space, time and permission to do so.

Past Friendzone participants have said:
