We’ll begin with gentle, unhurried movement designed to ease stiffness, soften held tension, and help your body gradually settle. The focus is on comfort, simplicity, and moving in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
As the body unwinds, we’ll transition into a long, deeply restful savasana, where warm stones are placed to encourage a sense of grounding and ease. This final rest allows your nervous system to settle and your body to fully let go.
This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, or in need of a quieter end to the week.
