Frensham Heights A Level PE Discovery Workshop

This event is open to Year 10 and Year 11 students from local schools and from further afield who are interested in studying A Level Physical Education at Frensham Sixth Form. It’s a great opportunity to discover more about the PE course, meet our expert teachers and experience our dynamic approach to sport, fitness and learning.

During the workshop, you’ll take part in interactive practical sessions and explore key theoretical concepts that underpin performance and physical development. You’ll also get the chance to use our sports facilities and experience how we blend science, strategy, and skill in the study of sport. You’ll gain valuable insight into our teaching and learning style, which focuses on independence, curiosity and real-world application - helping you build the knowledge and confidence needed for both higher education and future careers in sport, health or fitness.
