Free Panel | The Soul of Philanthropy: Reframing Black Giving

Join The Soul of Philanthropy Akron for an evening of reflection, inspiration and dialogue. Join panelists Victoria McGee, Theron Brown, Candace Tell, Donte Cargill and moderator Alicia Robinson for a conversation exploring what Black Giving Looks like beyond the norm.

Together we’ll recognize how Black leaders, families and changemakers continue to strengthen our communities through generosity expressed in countless ways!

A bar offering beer and wine for purchase will be available in our Lobby beginning at 5:30pm, followed by the discussion in our auditorium at 6:00 - 7:30pm.

After the talk, Rubber City Jazz and Blues Festival presents Tommy Lehman feat. Theron Brown & George Delancy for a free lobby performance alongside The Soul of Philanthropy exhibition.
