Join us for an evening of music masterpieces orchestrated in a brilliant four-hands piano concert music by Mozart,Stravinsky and Rachmaninov

The Arts Reimagined in Sound is a concert about storytelling at the piano. Performed by Duo Diesis #—pianists Sarah Chung and Pietro Vinciguerra—the program explores how composers turn ideas, characters, and emotions into music, and how two pianists can create a surprisingly wide world of sound together.

Founded in May 2025, Duo Diesis # brings together two musicians with a shared background and artistic curiosity. Both Sarah and Pietro studied with Charles Owen and Katya Apekisheva, one of today’s leading piano duos, and their approach to playing is shaped by that tradition of close listening and musical dialogue. Alongside their duo work, they maintain active solo and chamber careers across Europe.

The program features:

  • Mozart’s sonata in C major
  • 3 movements from Petroushka by Stravinsky
  • Six Morceaux by Rachmaninov

The program moves from the clarity and charm of Mozart’s Sonata in C major, through the colourful, theatrical scenes of Stravinsky’s Petrushka, to the deeply expressive sound world of Rachmaninov’s Six Morceaux. Together, these works reimagine different art forms through music, inviting the audience to listen beyond the notes and into the stories behind them.

Come and experience the synergy of our four hands recital, in an evening that promises to be both intimate and inspiring.
