A guided foraging walk exploring the bounty that nature has to offer us in Springtime, plus a pitstop for a snack and folk story.

Join me in the woods where we'll explore a variety of wild foods that are abundant at this time of year- expect edible mushrooms, early flowers & LOTS of spring greens!

You'll learn how to safely identify & use wild foods in an ethical & sustainable manner. We'll then stop for a break where you can try a wild snack prepared by myself, and relax as I tell you a traditional folk story.

This workshop is suitable for anyone! Whether you're a beginner dipping your toes into the world of foraging, or a seasoned forager wanting a fun day out, this is the perfect way to immerse yourself into nature.

NOTES:

Please bring suitable shoes & weather appropriate clothing (it rains a lot up North!) Feel free to bring a notebook, camera/phone for recording any information shared.
