Autistic individuals can find transitions challenging. Transitions could be as small as moving from activity to activity, or as big as changing schools.

This course is aimed at education professionals, such as teachers, teaching assistants and SENCO.

Course aims:

• To develop an awareness of transitions and the demands these place upon autistic individuals
• To develop a range of positive strategies to support autistic individuals with transitions
