A night out with new friends in the city. Enjoy connecting with other locals over dinner! For this series, each ticket goes to charity.

Charity edition of Foodies + New Friends!

Join us for our series grouping you with complete strangers for a fun night out. That's right, you sign up, and we book the restaurant. We know life can get busy. Don't forget to spend time making new friends! Embrace the awkwardness of meeting another duo for the first time blindly: all ages, interests, hobbies, and backgrounds. This project is to host dinners in multiple cities to combat loneliness in the modern world while supporting locally owned businesses.

Each dinner is held at a different restaurant. These dinners are not directly associated with the restaurants, but are simply based on a table reservation. Table reservations at the proposed restaurant depend on reaching a minimum headcount of 4 people. The pin on the map is NOT the location but nust a placeholder on Eventbrite. The restaurant of the night is discussed with registrants.

For this series, 100% of each ticket goes towards two non-profits, for which we have monthly commitments.

Inner City Arts LA: Founded in 1989, Inner-City Arts offers a safe, creative space in Los Angeles where more than 200,000 children have been invited to create and explore. Inner-City Arts provides quality arts instruction for students from underserved communities, integrated arts workshops for educators, and programming designed for the community through The Rosenthal Theater.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: At the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention our mission is to save lives and support those affected by suicide. Our team of staff and volunteers across the country is working on accomplishing this mission through direct education, state and federal advocacy, loss and healing support for anyone affected by suicide, and being the #1 private funder of suicide prevention research in the world.

Our news segment on Fox 11 Los Angeles!

This micro-event is intended to be for 4-6 peoplemaximum. If the evening you signed up for does not hit the minimum number of signups, please be open to joining us on another night with a fuller group.Check out our feature in Eventbrite's 2025 TRNDS report about embracing the micro-event trend.

How does it work?

After you register, you'll be emailed an introduction message. Reply to let us know which of the two non-profits you'd like your ticket to go towards. We'll stay in touch with you leading up to the night of the dinner. Expect a Final Details email the day of.

*Your registration does not include your individual food and drink purchases. A paid ticket simply makes you more committed to actually showing up.

*Sign up one time, and you'll join our database to be invited to all dinners.

*These outings are intended to help people make friends. These are not singles gatherings.

*If you sign up the day of the gathering and do not get a welcoming message from us in time, simply email ermantourageimpact@gmail.com, request a refund, or please be open to joining us on another evening.

Our vision is simple: we take the no gimmicks approach to networking. No need for yet another app to take up space on your phone - just four walls and a roof and good food for people to connect :) We coordinate with you directly, human-to-human.

If you have any more questions, please contact ermantourageimpact@gmail.com!

Brought to you by event series Ermantourage.
