
Crow pose is completely optional and there will be variations you can try to develop your practice further. This is a strong class but suitable for those with previous yoga experience. please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. We have mats to borrow if you would like one. I'd recommend wearing leggings for this practice or shorts. (rather than joggers)
