About Flow Sessions:

Flow Sessions by Holistically Fit is a unique blend of paddleboard strength training, core flow movement, and mindful breathing designed to reconnect your body and mind. Each session combines low-impact, full-body exercises with intentional stillness, helping you find balance—physically and mentally.

Whether you’re new to paddleboarding or a seasoned pro, each Flow Session is designed to meet you where you are. Expect calm water, laughter, light sweat, and still moments of reflection.

What’s Included:

✅ Paddleboard & life vest

✅ Dry bag for water protection

✅ Guided Flow session (strength + mobility)

✅ Mindfulness + breathwork cooldown

✅ Group photos & water provided


Duration: 2 hours

  • 20 min warm-up (onshore mobility & activation)
  • 60 min paddleboard flow training
  • 15–20 min mindfulness + guided cool-down

What to Bring:

  • Towel or change of clothes
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Openness to move, breathe, and flow
