Shawn Brown is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Health Coach, and Reiki Provider. She will personally teach a 1 hour vinyasa flow class.

Following class, a Social to include ONE Spirit Free Cocktail.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Water Station available for refills.

Participants are welcome to stay beyond Noon for additional food and beverage service.
