Flow State: The Biology of Safety explores how the nervous system, hormones, and body awareness shape the way we experience stress and recovery.
In this workshop, you’ll learn and feel:
Through a combination of science-informed discussion, reflective exercises, and guided yoga, participants will notice how stress shows up in their bodies and discover ways to restore calm and safety (no prior yoga or science experience required!).
