Join children’s author Sam Stewart for an exciting and interactive workshop exploring the world of Fireblood—the first book in her thrilling fantasy series about siblings who discover that dragon power runs in their veins.
Sam will share the inspiration behind Fireblood, talk about how a book goes from idea to finished story, and guide young writers in discovering what sparks their creativity.
During the workshop, children will take part in hands‑on storytelling activities, including:
✨ Creating maps of imagined worlds
✨ Designing mythic beasts
✨ Developing their own story ideas
The session will finish with an open Q&A and the opportunity to have books signed by the author.
A perfect event for young readers, budding writers, and anyone who loves dragons, adventure, and great stories!
This event is in support of the National Year of Reading.
