Feminine Flow Dance. Move, Release & Feel Alive Again

I’m hosting a Femm Flow dance class at RISE Spiritual Center in Vista.

𝗔 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗮, 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗼 & 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰.

You don’t need rhythm or dance experience for this. It’s really about feeling more comfortable in your body, letting go of tension, and just moving in a way that feels good.

What we’ll do:

• guided movement with clear, simple steps to 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆.

• confidence-building through rhythm and expression

• a gentle wind-down relaxing soundbath

No partner needed.

No heels required.

All levels welcome.

Wear something you feel comfortable in.

Just come as you are and move at your own pace.

A small number of mother/daughter tickets (ages 8+) are available, provided they are able to participate independently, follow guidance, and remain present for the full experience. This is not a children’s class or childcare setting. The space will remain grounded in embodied movement and emotional expression.
