About this event

Who: Families with their 10-17 year olds

What: Stamp/sort books at the Book Hub

When: Saturday, January 17 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Where: Brooklyn Book Bodega Book Hub - 141 Flushing Ave, Suite 606

Why: To enjoy volunteering as a family and increase literacy and the number of 100+ book homes in NYC for kids 0-18!

Please click "register" to sign up! Select the number of adult and child tickets you will need for you and your family. Spots are limited, so please only register if you can in fact attend.

During the volunteer shift, family members will work together to stamp and sort books that have been donated to Brooklyn Book Bodega for distributing in the community.

A ll volunteers must read and agree to our Volunteer Code of Conduct.

Although our books and events are free, Brooklyn Book Bodega operates on a slim budget. Please consider making a donation to help support our operational costs. This event is for children (10-17) to join their adult/guardian in volunteering together for the Brooklyn Book Bodega.
