• Feb 7 – Cookies and sweets di carnevale (Carnival sweets)
• Feb 14 –Spiedini degli innamorati (Valentines’ skewers with heart shape sandwich)
• Mar 28 – Torta ricotta e spinaci (Ricotta and spinach cake)
• May 9 – Tiramisu W la mamma (Mother’s day tiramisu)
• June 20 – Biscotti Festa del Papa’ italiana (Father’s day cookies)
