Family Hubs & SEND Support

We are delighted to invite you to an afternoon of “Family hub and SEND Support”.

Family Hubs work with children and young people, aged 0-19 (25 for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

Family Hubs in Leeds were officially launched on 1 April 2025.

During the session, we will:

• Provide an overview of the national context and Leeds’ Family Hubs
• Share the work of the SEND Coordinators
• Hear from our partners about Supported Internships

There will also be an opportunity to provide feedback and help shape the SEND support offer in the future.

Please note spaces are limited so you will need to book your place in order to attend the event. The agenda and joining instructions, inc the room details at Elland Road, will be sent nearer the time.
