Join us to explore Family Constellations!

Our first in-person Family Constellations Workshops for 2026 is taking place in Trellech, in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside.

Family Constellations can support you to step out of repeating cycles and dismantle the blocks that get in the way of you pursuing and achieving your dreams.Constellations can help you see the long view - how intergenerational traumas, grief, loss and inherited patterns of behaviour affect your life now.

Such insights allow you to step beyond, to fulfil your purpose and find a new freedom.

We work with this powerful process gently, in a supportive group, with time for personal sharing, rest together and group caring.

Whether you are new to Family Constellations or have familiarity with the approach, you are very welcome.

Why Family Constellations?

You might feel you've done a lot of 'healing work' but you still feel stuck. This could stem from a trauma that your ancestors experienced or from patterns that developed as you tried to fit into your family, feeling a lack of belonging or that certain roles were required of you.

By acknowledging the systemic dynamics we can gently move towards more balance, free from 'entanglements' from the past.

In this workshop you will have the chance to hear a brief introduction to constellations, practice 'representing' and a chance to participate in one or two constellations in a supportive and confidential environment.

Family Constellations can provide you with a new way of seeing dynamics that can help you to:
* step towards healthier relationships
* begin to free yourself from blocks
* let go of generational burdens
* feel more resourced by your ancestors
* be more able to connect with the joy of being alive
* increase your sense of compassion for yourself and those around you
* live with more acceptance
* move away from victim or rescuer mode
* connect with your inner motivation and creativity
* feel clearer about your goals and make positive choices
* see your family story with new eyes

You do not need to bring a personal question or issue to the workshop. Everyone will have a chance to take part and leave with an experience of constellations to support them in their life.

Venue: Babington Centre, Trellech, Monmouthshire, South Wales

Time: 11am - 5/5.30pm

Come to one, two or all of the workshops.
Beginners are really welcome.
