A renowned thought leader in the sector Hamish will be looking at soulful leadership and what values driven businesses need to not just survive but thrive.

We’ll also hear from Niamh Noon, Head of Marketing and Communications at Soil Association Certification. Niamh will be taking on a little of her insight and journey in supporting people understand the benefits of organic - and why it's more important than we think.
