Enterprise Leader’s Program: Creating High Performance Dubai

Enterprise Leadership is a powerful, comprehensive leadership methodology which creates authentic, people-centred leaders. This Program encourages and nurtures employee engagement and organisational high performance. You are about to enter into a hybrid experience of learning and doing supported by formal learning sessions, personal experimentation of techniques through Action Projects, and individual coaching. This approach to leadership development is designed to significantly increase the likelihood of learning success and development of a proven leadership model that delivers engaged employees and higher performance.

We incorporate action learning through Action Projects in the Program. Action learning is an experiential learning methodology in which participants learn by doing and then reflecting on what they have done. The participants work on real tasks, often in small groups. Enterprise leadership makes use of traditional, individual leadership skills in combination with network leadership skills.

These additional network leadership skills require leaders at every level in the organisation to be focused on the broader network of leaders and teams to ensure the success of the organisational-wide outcomes. The leaders are required to adopt enterprise-wide thinking. A process that ensures the success of all leaders’ teams and business units. The Program includes six learning modules.
