You are warmly invited to join us for a nurturing and uplifting gathering designed to support your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

Together, we will explore practices that connect you to the wisdom within, helping you move through life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and renewed energy. Whether you are taking your first steps into spirituality or have been walking this path for years, this circle is open to all who are seeking personal transformation and deeper connection.

This circle is a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you are free to share, explore, and simply be. All processes are invitational—take part in whatever resonates with you, and know that your presence alone is enough. You will receive as much as you are ready to welcome, and my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected.

💫 Practical details:

• Please let me know in advance if you have any health conditions, recent procedures, or anything I should be aware of to support your comfort and safety.
• All equipment is provided—simply wear comfortable clothing.
• You may wish to bring water, and a pen and journal if you’d like to take notes.
• Pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited.
• Parking is available on site or along Wallington Street (Sundays only).
• Exchange: £18 + Eventbrite fee. (Cash, bank transfer & PayPal also accepted—WhatsApp me at 07398 427811).
