Empowered Movement & Friends

Empowered Movement & Friends is a high-energy, feel-good dance show celebrating 5 years of Empowered Movement! Expect performances from both EM and an incredible line up of creatives as we look back at the past, celebrate the present and welcome the future!

We are so incredibly proud to have reached this milestone! We are a company that was founded during lockdown by starting dance challenges to spread joy and reduce isolation and since we've grown into a thriving community with weekly dance classes in London, brand partnerships, a professional performance company so much more! We have danced with thousands of you over the years with EMPOWERED MOVEMENT at the heart of everything we do - quite literally.

We are also excited for you to see all of the creative greatness that our friends in the industry have to offer. The line up is incredible and will be announced soon!

Doors open at 18:00, show starts promptly at 7pm!

• Seating is unallocated so please arrive at a good time to ensure you are happy with your seats.
• If you arrive after the show starts you will need to wait for our event staff to admit you into the theatre. This may not be until the interval to avoid disruption to the show.
