Empower is BACK for Refreshers 2026

Location: David Ross Sports Village, Spin Studio (1st Floor)

Empower is back for a Refreshers 2010s bangers spin class, with all of your favourite 2010 throwback songs, glow in the dark lights and good vibes! Session will be low-impact and beginner friendly, perfect for your first time in a spin class!

Empower is targeted towards women, trans, and non-binary students studying at University of Nottingham and you can read more about the programme here
