Join us for a 12-week journey of self-expression, connection, and healing through art. Each week, we’ll gather in a supportive space to talk, reflect, and explore different art projects designed to help process emotions and life experiences. No art skills needed—just come as you are. We will meet weekly on Wednesday at 3PM and 4PM.

Who Should Join:
This group is for anyone who wants to express and process emotions through creative means. Whether you're new to art or a seasoned creator, you are welcome here. No experience necessary—just a willingness to explore.

Cost & Payment Options:

• Most insurance accepted - call and ask
• Cash/Card: $40 per session (you can come in person up to a week before the event if you want to pay in cash)
• Monthly Membership: $150 for 4 weeks (save $10!)
