Emo Yoga at Long Live Beerworks in PVD

Want a healthier spin on Emo Night?

Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sound of Emo, Screamo and Pop Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!

We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of MCR, Paramore, Fall Out Boy and MORE! No props will be needed except a yogamat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.

Price includes 1 beer (or non-alcoholic drink) and the yoga class

This will be held at the event space nextdoor to Long Live Beerworks in Providence, RI. Please show up 10 minutes before class to be shown to the event space to set up
