Step into a space of calm, comfort, and connection. View winter through a hygge lens—one of warmth, acceptance, and gentle renewal.

Embracing Winter: A Hygge-Inspired Retreat

Let go of the post-Christmas tension and step into a space of calm, comfort, and connection. Join Rachel for a soul-soothing session that invites you to view winter through a hygge lens—one of warmth, acceptance, and gentle renewal.

What You’ll Experience:

Begin the retreat by sipping the finest grade of cacau mindfully and ceremoniously to enhance focus and mood, and to open your heart chakra for further hope and restoration.

Discover how to embrace the darker season with grace and intention, rather than resistance.

Learn practical tools to support your mood and wellbeing, especially if you experience symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Enjoy grounding meditations and uplifting colour therapy designed to raise your vibration and bring light to the greyest days.

Discover mindful strategies to reconnect with the natural rhythm of winter—enjoying rest, reflection, and quiet joy.

Enjoy creative art using twigs, leaves, colour and collaging to create your 'window of light'

End the evening with a grounding body-scan meditation enhanced by the flow of group reiki, guaranteed to help you relax after the class.

Bring your favourite blanket, breathe deeply, and allow this nurturing session to restore your energy and outlook. You’ll leave feeling empowered, peaceful, and ready to welcome the rest of winter with open arms.

About the Cacau

We will host in this beautiful restorative session with the finest ceremonial grade Cacau. Your cacau will be prepared prior to the session, using Cacau, a hint of honey, and oat milk to ensure it is inclusive for us all to enjoy. Please do let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements which are not already catered for.
